Add Traefik plugin for Real IP

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Would like to be able to see the originating client IP that is connected via Cloudflare proxy + Traefik, rather than a middle "hop" CF proxy IP.

This plugin appears to be a good candidate:

This is another great option specifically for cloudflare users as it bundles the cloudflare proxy IPs to accept traffic from:

You could turn off Cloudflare Proxy, but that kind of defeats the purpose :)

This would also solve the issue of Origin IP not being passed when using Cloudflared tunnel, considering Cloudflared tunnel is an application offered by Truecharts as well.

Please dont sneak in +1 issues. There really is not going to be put priority on things when people “fond” more usecases ;-)

Apologies for that, though, if you don't mind me asking, would a PR for this theoretically be viable? This matches my use-case fairly well and I'd like to try filing a PR if possible.
