[website]: cookie pop up wrong place and constantly popping up

Describe the bug

Cookie popup is not in the bottomleft corner and constantly popping up, no mather how many times you check the cross. After a few minutes browsing through the site it is back again.

To Reproduce

Reproduce just browse through the site Checked on Chrome or Edge.

Expected Behavior

Bottom left corner and 1 time close and see it never again.
