[Renovate/charttool] does not bump version on all charts when a dependency is updated on more than 1 chart.

For example. Collabora container gets bumped.

This container exists in both Collabora chart and Nextcloud chart The packageFileDir will include only one of the charts. That means our charttool will only bump version of on one of the charts.

Additional Context

Alternative is to switch from executionMode of branch to update which will call our charttool on each dep update. This will cause the version to be bumped multiple times (as many as the containers on that chart).

We can do something like grep $chart $logfile || charttool ... && echo $chart >> $logfile But we also call the charttool WITHOUT a bump on every container, so it will also update the appVersion as well.
