[Enhancement] Add Photoprism watch import job-ini

Photoprism's import folder could benefit from watch folder cron job.

It would be nice to have the docs on how this would be done on the specific app. Like do they have an API endpoint that should be called to start the job? Does the app has a command that can be run for that?
In the link all I see is a config file, but no idea where that should go? Also the link on the top leads to a totally different project?
Honestly I can't give much info on it as I don't know :/

This would be really nice. Just moved to truecharts and dont know how to schedule cron jobs like I would with a traditional docker setup. To answer @stavros-k I dont believe there is an API endpoint to call but there is a command "photoprism index". The binary is located at /opt/photoprism/bin/ .
This "ofelia" container I read about, is a totally different container. However: this is so badly documented, that i'm going to close this as a "wont fix".
PR's are welcome, but the project is not going to focus on hidden features of other projects.
