[common] Expose probes under advanced GUI options

Currently advanced users (including custom-app) cannot edit the probe settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

While we do not want to give them a significant section or customise them in the GUI for each and every App, we should at least allow them to be customised by adding them under the advanced section (and a checkbox), just like we did with NetworkPolicies and such.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leaving it out of the GUI completely, which is also fine. But if we can find a way to at least somewhat(!) include it without clutter that is obviously prefered.

Yeah, but what this would lead to is that we could just add an include to everything and call it a day, decreasing our maintainers load a lot and increasing options for users as well :)
