feat(Kometa) New chart Kometa replaces Plex-Meta-Manager

Description New chart Kometa which is a rebrand of Plex Meta Manager. After their rebrand PMM no longer works as they removed everything related to PMM and introduced Kometa. This is essentially the same app as PMM but minor changes to suit Kometa.

🧪 How Has This Been Tested? It has been tested on Incubator train running on Truenas SCALE and worked wonderfully with no issues.

Yeah sorry bout that, I couldn't figure out how to revert the deletes of pmm as I kept getting errors while trying to so I figured i'd just remake the branch from scratch and start over :/ I'm learning, or at least I'm trying to learn.

Is this good to go now? It says conflicting files but I'm not too sure why that is and what i might to to resolve it

The conflict is in the old incubator Chart.yaml file for Kometa, fix that
