We dont want users to add chart requests. Your requested issue will be added next week. Also: the effective bounty is not 200USD either, that's one of the reasons we don't want users creating these, as they can alter the bounty amount on the issue.

After discussing we'll allow users to create their own issues for chart-requests, as it lowers our workload. Thank you for your patience! :)

With the caveat that only staff will be allowed ot mention bounties.
