Add Elastic Search to... dependencies??
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Elastic Search could be used by couple of apps, Like Nextcloud, TubeArchivist(#1547) and probably more. Not something that is critical, but a nice to have someday.

Added as a dependency, so it will be easier to consume on apps.

Offer it as standalone or not offer it at all.

Seems to be reasonable, although i'm not very read-into how easy it is to setup as a dependency.
After common restructure, I'll first have a good look how common works. Then I could try to add it as a dependency!
