Add Roon Core Server

Unless you got a better container, this container with 6 commits 7 months ago is not going to pass any decent quality control
Roon is like Logitech Media Server. To request for Truecharts what I found here for other NAS units.

I understand english is not your native language, but I did not ask you to describe the app, I explained there are quality issues with the container you posted.
@Ornias1993 Since 1 year I am using this docker image and a VM on Truenas core. This works excellent !!!
I think the reason the container is not updated is because updates are done directly within the software in the container. The creator Steef de Bruijn is part of the beta team in Roon and is actively involved in software updates and supportive on the roon forum.
Please reconcider to use this container !!

Koen, these are just "requests", my consideration is irrelevant because we (the maintainers) are not building apps to order. It's just a place people can look at what is requested or not, it's not a roadmap.
Also please remember: Containers do NOT only contain the application, there are many things in outdated containers that pose a security risk.
We've decided to not-accept issues for chart requests anymore, because the vast majority of the issue tracker if flooded with them and we don't (and never have) actually plan to do anything with chart requests as maintainers.
