Velero testing on SCALE (backup, migration and recovery)

Velero needs the following manual testing done on TrueNAS SCALE:

• Make a backup of a single Chart
• Recover a backup of a single chart (delete chart first)
• Make backup of whole cluster
• Recover backup of full cluster to clean install with clean pool

This can be done as soon as Velero is merged
