Add support for Office documents

"Optional Services

Paperless can make use of Tika and Gotenberg for parsing and converting "Office" documents (such as ".doc", ".xlsx" and ".odt"). Tika and Gotenberg are also needed to allow parsing of E-Mails (.eml)."
