Feature/issue label and file preview

• Allow user set labels of issue
• Allow user see the file preview before continue the pipeline

Example:

Thanks for your your contribution! I'm a little confused what the use case is for the additional issue body file?

I find the label feature quite useful for automated slack notifications, maybe get that in separately from the issue body file feature?
