Make GO approvalStatus as an available output for the calling workflow

Hi,

It would be nice to have the opertunity to define an output in the calling github action workflow step with the value of GO approvalStatus.

We can than use this step output to differentiate the Github status message sent to Slack or MS Teams.

I came looking for this as well. I think we can use a couple of outputs, one with the status of the approval and another with the approver(s), this outputs can then be used in subsequent steps for notifications and logs.
