openopt.org/Install won't come up

I repeatedly get the error, "This site can't be reached," although my connection has no problems and the firewall is fine.

It seems to be down for good. Fortunately, there is a snapshot at archive.org: https://web.archive.org/web/20150217025941/http://openopt.org/Install

Try to start all Tasks as Administrator
