Copying the resolution output test vectors into the Spec has been done.

package-lock.json changes seems to be included in this documentation PR.

We likely will have some canonicalization discussion when thinking about the inputs to the test vectors.

(if there are test vectors on how the client produced the encoded value from JSON).
