This would make keyboard navigation much quicker: instead of tabbing through the whole cycle, we could add shortcuts to focus/enable, e.g., metadata panel, tag panel, item list, search box etc.

PDF import causes a crash

When I try to import a PDF, Tropy crashes. I've tried several PDFs and it crashes each time.
