How you get block id by transaction hash?

Just for example: https://test.tronscan.org/#/transaction/717e263bacc1675b4d86725a3d1e809aebce816fc50795abd3b90d3605aa1d71

In this page i see block id 210255. I know tron protocol and it have only broken block number data. Only two last bytes of number. How you get block id? :)
