pybind not maintained(value - getValue)

A separate issue from #243 When I clone and build the python binding lib. Some error came up, one of them is missing function of value, which seems to be getValue. It might be due to the interface update in the cpp lib. In addition, I found this bug back in Apr 30th. Just close it if it has been fixed, appreciate it!
