Quota value and vmess link

1-In the accounts section, there is a problem with the quota value. For example, 50 GB shows 48 GB in the panel. But if we enter 51200, it will show 50 GB.

2-Subscription links for vmess do not work on v2rayNG and other popular Android and PC apps as well as napsternetV.
