Add Another Server on panel

Hi guys . how i can in server section add another ip address ? actuallyi have 4 server and 4 panel and now i want have 1 Panel with 4 diffrent ip in there.

I had tried to add my second server into the first server's panel, but I don't know why the container in the second server restart continuously forever with no logs. I need some guild too!
