[Feature Request] log-without-time option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since systemd's log already contains the time itself, it would be unnecessary for trojan's log to output the time again.

Describe the solution you'd like Provide a log-without-time option for use by the systemd service.

I'm afraid the log-with-time could help HTTPS identify the replay attack.
