Cache-Control: no-cache,no-stored

ac25ca4a tried to add a "Cache-Control: no-cache,no-store" header when max-age = 0, but it is actually adding "Cache-Control: no-cache,no-stored"

'no-stored' is not a valid value for Cache-Control (https://www.iana.org/assignments/http-cache-directives/http-cache-directives.xhtml)

Additionally, if the status code is not a 2xx or 3xx, "Cache-Control: no-cache,no-store" was already being added, so it gets duplicated.
