Allow manual submission state modification

As a quick fix for the problem described in #152, it should be possible to set the submission state manually to:

  • compilation / validation failed: In case somebody used the grading finished indicator accidentally.
  • withdrawn / closed: Getting rid of submissions without informing the student.
