Create prepackaged virtual machines

Some customers demand their own local copy of FuzzEd.

We could use packer.io to create such VM's. If PostgreSQL is supposed to be part of them, then we need to introduce some good backup functionality. As alternative, we could demand the VM users to run their own database installation outside of the VM.
