request: export and import bindings

I just moved to a new computer and I realised I forgot to copy my keybindings. It would be nice if I could just dump them to a file.

That, and maybe adding a reset to defaults. I tried reinstalling the plugin but the custom bindings didn't reset afterwards. And is there a way to delete duplicates?
