Expand and collapse threads for a single message

Great addon, thanks for this @trlkly!

Do you if there is a goDoCommand for collapsing and expanding threads for a single message rather than for all messages? This function is available as the left and right arrow in the default key bindings, but I would like to rebind it to h and l.

Based on the shortcuts for expanding and collapsing all thread I tried goDoCommand('cmd_expandThread') and goDoCommand('cmd_expandCollapsedThread') to no avail. I also did not see anything listed here ttp://kb.mozillazine.org/Keyconfig_extension:_Thunderbird

You can set those vim-cursor-keys globally on AltGr (second on Caps-Lock) like this: http://askubuntu.com/questions/684459/configure-caps-lock-as-altgr-and-arrows-like-in-vim

then they'd also work in Thunderbird

Thanks for the tip @rubo77. I would prefer not mapping them to AltGr if possible, so it would be great if they could be mapped directly to a goDoCommand or something similar. Do you know if there is a way to list all possible commands that dorando can assign key bindings to?
