Show error if server can't be reached, instead of showing all jobs as new

A few questions that comes into my mind:

• Which server? The Chronos Master? The Marathon Master? Both?
• What kind of error you were expecting?
• And what should happen if only one server is not available (e.g. Chronos), but the other are (e.g. Marathon?)

Maybe a good idea would be to adjust your ticket description according to our new ISSUE_TEMPLATE.
