No client_secret support in token function, also most recent version not published

I had to add "client_secret" to token function to get my setup to work. Also, the latest on master is not published as a crate version. Do you have any plans to resolve these two things? Thanks!

OK. I will but I haven't looked at this since I originally did it and will need to revisit first. I'm in the middle of a move so it's going to be a bit.
