Add Triton Backend: MindSpore

Hello,

we are MindSpore eco-developers! MindSpore is a new open source deep learning training/inference framework that could be used for mobile, edge and cloud scenarios.(You can get a more detailed introduction to MindSpore at: https://www.mindspore.cn/en)

We want to add a MindSpore backend to Triton to expand the MindSpore ecosystem, and at the same time, also make the Triton ecosystem better.

Our team has several software engineers with years of development experience, and we are supported by the team of MindSpore framework developers.

We would like to know if your community accepts contributions to MindSpore? and if it is possible, we can discuss the technical details further.

Hi @Hsiayukoo, thanks for reaching out! Our backend repo has a section for developing custom backends. We also have the tutorial to learn how to create your first simple Triton backend and incrementally improve it to add more features.

I might be mis-interpretting but if you are asking to contribute to the triton project directly, we do accept community contributions. In order to contribute to the Triton project please read, sign, and send in a completed Triton CCLA
