Programmatically trigger rotameric tools?
Hi Tristan,
Along the same lines as https://github.com/tristanic/isolde/issues/14#issuecomment-2528058885, don't suppose there's a straightforward way to trigger cycling through and setting rotamers outside of the toolpanel buttons? Sorry for being a nuisance. :-)
Cheers, Yang
That's not quite so straightforward, I'm afraid (I haven't implemented commands for that task). To give you an idea of how to do it in Python, the code underlying those buttons is at https://github.com/tristanic/isolde/blob/11b78543d5d67a997e05dd2b1d8f47fc71b0e6f4/isolde/src/toolbar.py#L65 .

Thanks for the pointer. Stumbled along blindly and cobbled together a solution with gaffer tape.
