A memory and CPU efficient implementation of a collection view with cells that bounce around like they do in the iOS 7 messages app
reloadData doesnt show new data. My example works fine with flowlayout but not with this library.
The behavior of this control is 'bouncier' than the iOS7 iMessage app. After scrolling the cells continue to move in a wave-like pattern.
