Automaticly find a new free MIDI port when mapping SynthDefs to Instruments

Currently we can only route 12 Renoise Instruments to SynthDefs due to us being hard-coded to use Renoise's first MIDI Output to get information to SC.

This needs to be changed such that a new free MIDI Output is found when all MIDI channels on the one currently being used have been exhausted.
