integration with CLEditor

Hi there, on the current homepage there is an information to download a file

download jquery.cleditor.rfm.js file from here

but the link is dead. Where can I find this file? Is it possible to use the rfm without this file in CLEditor?

Is there someone out there who is using CLEditor with RFM?
