Create YAML for all Content Types Layouts

Task Description

This item is included in issue #1794 but this is the only item in the list provided on that issue that the PMC wants to include in the alpha3 release so I created this new issue for it.

Specifically, we need to add the layout YAML entries to support all content types. Currently we only support layouts for: organism, analysis and gene, we need to create one for all of the content types provided by Tripal. This may need to happen after issue #1357 since the different "break-out" modules would need to provide the YAML for the content types they provide.
