Adding Convenient Effects Covers instead

Would this be possible ? To add convenient effects cover effect instead of the original ones, that would actually take care of the Dexterity save. (Might not be possible actually since CE is giving to the target the cover and all... )

The main issue is that players cannot modify unowned tokens, so it complicates the workflow some.

I dont use CE myself, so I would need a Pull Request to even start.

In short, open to it, but cannot implement myself.
