Action HUD Statuses do not have labels

If you open the status effect interface on a character, the ones provided by the 5e Helpers module are missing labels. This led to some confusion in my group, as none of us knew what the icons were.

Using vanilla 5e and this module, you should be able to see a label by mousing over an icon. Using some other modules, a label should be listed even without mouseover.

That is: mousing over the icon should say "Reaction Used" or something.
