Implement an LDAPGroupProvider

When using LDAP authentication it would be nice to be able to craft file based authz rules that reference user groups from LDAP, rather than materializing all group:user mappings to a file for the FileGroupProvider.

For our use case we'd want to be able to reference groups provided from LDAP in the Hive Connector's File based authorization rules
