Add Query Details page to the preview UI. Partially addressing https://github.com/trinodb/trino/issues/22697

Additional context and related issues

Retains the same functionality as the existing web UI, enhanced with the updated layout, design, and user experience.

Notes:

• Tabs are placeholders and will be activated once their corresponding pages are implemented.
• Stages view is not implemented by this PR and will be implemented separately
