Allow reading from stdin

There's probably a bit of fiddling to get this working well, but it would be nice if you could do something like $ cmd_that_outputs_md | inlyne view -

It'd just be a blob in memory instead of a file which impacts history and the (lack of) file watching, but otherwise navigation should all work normally
