MODUS AUTOCOMPLETE - Allow to add custom User Input when value not present in dropdown
Prerequisites

- [x] I have read the Modus style guidelines
Proposal
The current behavior of the modus-autocomplete component only allows users to select values from the predefined dropdown list. However, in many use cases, it is necessary to allow users to enter custom values that are not present in the suggestion list and then we should be able to add it .
Motivation and context
The current modus-autocomplete component restricts users to selecting only from a predefined list of values. This is limiting in real-world applications where user flexibility is essential. In many cases, the list of options could be user specific and users need the ability to provide their own input when no suggestion matches their intent and then being able to add it
