MueLu: deprecate Isorropia interfaces?

Who is using the Isorropia interfaces in MueLu? Can/should these be deprecated?
I'm just curious: How would you do rebalancing in MueLu in case of the Epetra stack? Through Isorropia or directly through Zoltan?
