Flex Directory Delete Confirmation

Created a Flex Directory, working as expected but when I delete an object in the Admin UI, the confirmation does not correctly name what is about to be deleted.

For example, clicking the red X in the GriggSport row below:

Shows the "gbca_org" as what will be deleted:

Not sure where that string is coming from. The blueprint for this directory is close: "gbca_orgs", but there is no field with that name.

The behaviour is the same when clicking Delete on the object editing page.
