[TRI-1274] Manual refreshing the Run page with a Task selected throws `Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')`

To reproduce

On the Run page, click on a Task. Then manually refresh the page in your browser.

Solution

I think this is to do with us using Suspense. The error points at accessing properties.length.

I think we can get rid of the defer/Suspense stuff here, as most of the improvement in perf was from not syntax highlighting larger task outputs.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue on the latest version. @Siddharth-2382 are you still seeing this problem? Are you self-hosting or using the cloud product?

@matt-aitken I tried reproducing this using self hosting and I too was unable to reproduce this issue.
