feat: dynamic OG images

  • Add OG and Twitter preview images for /changelogs/[owner]/[repo]/[changelogId]
  • Root preview images are unchanged

Eg. https://autochangelog.dev/changelogs/triggerdotdev/trigger.dev/1 displays this:
