Causes steamwebhelper process to skyrocket causing audio stutter and game lag

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have Discover open
  2. Join a voice channel
  3. Open Sea of Thieves
  4. Experience a slightly laggy game & stuttering voices

Expected behavior Minimal impact

Problematic behavior A slightly laggy game & stuttering voices

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Endeavour Running XFCE

Installation Method

  • git clone & pip

Additional context You know my setup. Nvidia 1070 & 5600XT

I should note, this is a fairly recent thing. dbus / notification changes maybe?

Still present even after dbus changes.

Looks like it causes the steamwebhelper process to cause everything to lag

This seems to be specific to Sea of Thieves.
