Enhancement: Member List Navigation - Indexed Tabbing for Members

When dealing with very large groups it is cumbersome to have to page forward and backwards through the list.

Is it possible to have a mechanism to tab to the page beginning with a certain letter... for example an alphabet strip above and below the member list returned where you could click a letter and be taken to the page beginning with members starting with that letter?
