Add "Show All" button to Member List

Minor enhancement: When approving new members to a group it is frustrating to approve a new member then have to start paging through all the members again as the page refreshes. Having a "Show All" members button - which displays all members in a single scrolling list would be ideal - where each new member could be approved in one quick session.
