Android odd behavior

Odd behavior on android... link/button highlights aren't aligned (not that big of an issue), but hover effects don't work properly. This is related to the CSS style: -webkit-backface-visibility: hidden;

This style is required to have smooth animation on Android. Without it, Animations flicker on most Android devices.
