Dialog buttons have icons does not fully work

Ticking off "Dialog buttons have icons" does not fully work. On my test system, Manjaro with XFCE, when I untick and apply "Dialog buttons have icons" in qt6ct I still have icons in dialog buttons in QT6 applications. To test: open Kmail, select Settings, Language Settings: the buttons have icons. On a native KDE setup this can be successfully disabled in the global Application Style configuration.

(the same issue exists with qt5ct for QT5 applications, by the way)
