feat: enable taproot for vertcoin (vtc)

Backend blockbook https://vtc1.trezor.io/ explorers need to be re-deployed to broadcast P2TR with version 0.18.0 which has been merged.

Update: Trezor's backend explorers have been updated and can now broadcast P2TR with this PR

Hi @vertiond Thank you for your participation. We will check the consequences of your PR first. However it might take a while since all devs are blocked currently with more urgent issues.

Hello,

Given that Vertcoin is not supported on TS3 and we do not currently plan to include it in upcoming devices, we have decided to prioritize other developments at this time.
